A great restaurant addition to the Burnhamthorpe Mall! As a restaurant offering Italian, Mediterranean and Balkan-style food, they offer a lot of handmade food dishes and stock a lot of European products that you can buy in the store. Worth stopping by for food, dessert or to buy imported products! Since opening, they've narrowed down some commonly ordered items and have trimmed the menu, so you'll need to go in person to get the most current food offerings. They have two separate menus for food and beverages at the cashier with lots of space for you to dine inside or outside at their tables. The staff were very nice and gave great suggestions for food options. We ordered the Italian Sandwich and the Spaghetti Bolognese. Both were very delicious and very well presented! For beverages, we ordered the Magic Berries Smoothie and the Ice coffee-Joy style (which meant you get to choose the ice cream to blend with the coffee). According to staff, most people choose vanilla ice cream as their blending choice. Will need to come back again to try their huge dessert offering!

Cannot say enough good about this gem of a restaurant. Our server was kind, patient and helpful. Our coffees came in beautiful mugs with a surprise treat. My veggie breakfast may have been one of the best combos, I have experienced ,,,,, delicious. The desserts are elegant and tasty. Try the mona Lisa cake with two forks...it is layers of perfection.

The fish and chips were good. Different from what you usually get from the Brits. Gelato was amazing. Loved the dark chocolate and pistachios! Wish they installed blinds though. The sun just kept hitting us. Also, a bit strange to order as it was our first time there. No waitress came up and gave us water and menu.

Laid back (order at the counter) service, but it was our first time here and the ower gave us menus and checked in on us. The food was SUPERB. We split the Italian (Mortadella) Sandwich and the Toscan Pizza. I'm assuming the bread for the sandwich is homemade - so soft. And the sandwich was very tasty. The crust of the pizza was then and slightly crispy, while the sauce was light and the toppings were flavourful. This is a new favourite place!

If you are looking for a place to have a coffee & a snack or enjoy some delicious pastries found good place! Ice cream too! This is a lovely little european-style cafe/bakery has lovely desserts and baked dishes. Nice for a coffee weather on a date or doing business! I bought myself a lovely little pastry for like 5 and ate it the next day. I intend to return here and hope that you will enjoy a snack! I greatly enjoy places like this because people used to be so warm & social here in North America though it's cold half of the year! Please remember that no matter how much time passes and no matter how much we advance it is important to communicate. Social media and the internet has made people more distant however it's important for us to try to be social with people & make small talk. Just like the delicious products here try to keep it light, life is heavy enough. Thank you to the staff for working hard to serve yummy food. Whether you are a trucker or a nurse I'm sure that you will enjoy this place. Not sure if there is a Pokemon go stop here! *Nurse Joy
